3.4. Demonstrate how to use strategies that can be used to clarify misunderstandings

Misunderstandings can often be cleared up through effective communication. In order to ensure that misunderstandings don’t happen, or are resolved as quickly as possible if they do, there are a few key strategies that can be used:
